Rule 6
Able to seek the services of specialists or specialized agencies
(1) The Committee may obtain the services of an expert or a specialized body for any specific services required by the Secretariat.
(2) When receiving the service as per sub-rule (1), a contract shall be made specifying the work to be done by such expert or specialized body, right to use, condition to be followed, procedure and remuneration to be received and other facilities.
